I wonder how many have long (7 or 8+ year) careers in minors, without a


call-up to the bigs. By then, they realize they aren't going to make it, but maybe they just still like playing baseball. Plus, some of them are probably filling a role by helping other kids in the organization. Like maybe a veteran catcher helping the young pitchers.
